NOK NOK LABS ACCOUNT REMOVAL PROCEDURE
To remove your account from Nok Nok, please send a request to [email protected] with the subject line: Request to Delete Account and include the following information:
- The name of the app to remove your account from
- Your user id
- Your email address
When we remove your account, we delete personal information such as name and email address. However, we retain access logs for a period of time after your account is deleted. These logs include information such as IP addresses, timestamps, and user agent strings. We
retain access logs for the sole purpose of troubleshooting and maintaining the security of our systems.
